COVID-19 Risk Assessment

Pinnacle Care is committed to protecting our residents and staff. We have a fully embedded robust Coronavirus contingency plan and risk assessment; we have created separate policies and procedures for contractors, visiting, end of life visits etc. These are all reviewed regularly and in line with changes in guidance.
All our policies and procedures have been reviewed and have been amended where necessary to include any permanent and temporary changes as a result and alongside our normal schedule, these will all be reviewed again Sept/Oct in time for Winter.
Each home has an outbreak plan and procedure to follow immediately on discovering a suspected case or receiving a positive result. All residents and staff have individual COVID risk assessments. Each home has an emergency outbreak box with additional supplies.
We have a number of COVID resources in our COVID folder for staff and resident wellbeing, supporting people with dementia or mental health needs during Coronavirus and are actively looking for new ways to enhance the lives of our residents and continue to be a good employer.
