Meet the Manager
Hi, I’m Natasha Morgan I am a qualified Registered Manager with over 17 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care Sector. I am very passionate about the care that is delivered to residents here at Manor House and will go above and beyond to ensure that individual choice and wellbeing is being met. I am committed to leading and inspiring the entire team to enable Manor House to be known for delivering the highest standards of quality care. We put ourselves in the eyes of our Residents whilst ensuring our Residents are always at the centre of what we do. It is my role to ensure the home runs efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, professional standards, and person-centred care.
Meet the Head of Care
Hi, my name is Ellen Bucknall and I am Head of Care here at Manor House. I have worked in this industry since I was 16 years old and my love for caring for others has only grown deeper with each year. I am working towards my NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Adult Care and hope to continue my learning once this is completed. I am invested in providing the highest standards of care as well as supporting our residents to fulfil their wishes and be happy in their later years. I am committed to ensuring that our residents feel valued and respected within this home, as they deserve.
My role is to enable staff to care for each resident with a person-centred approach and embody the idea that we are not here to just do a job; we are families, loved ones and friendly faces for anyone who may need one. I aspire to maintain a home in which everyone is at peace and we work each day to fulfil this.
