As part of Pinnacle Care’s constant efforts to improve its care provision to residents and their families, QA questionnaires are sent out every year to service users, relatives, social workers, health professionals and others who have a close engagement with the homes.
Pinnacle Care can confirm that the QA reports have been compiled for 2020. Relatives are welcome to request these from the Manager of each home directly so that they can see how others view the service provided by the home.
Pinnacle Care diligently discusses these reports with Senior Employees and Managers, to identify areas of improvement, and to collaborate in order to enhance the service provided year on year.
