Pinnacle Care limited is looking for a Registered Manager specialising in Mental Health to join our small friendly team at a Residential Care Home in Rugby. Elmhurst is rated GOOD and registered to provide accommodation and personal care for up to 10 adults aged 18 to 85 with complex Mental Health needs. The role has become available due to the current Registered Manager moving to manage another home within our service. This allows for a handover period of up to four weeks.
The role is Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm. Salary starts at £34,000 per annum plus performance based bonus. Management experience in an inpatient Mental Health care service essential. Mental Health Nurse Registration desirable. Job description available on request.
